I use Trotta all the time. I've always done business with them and I've always been so happy with their work. They just do a really good job. They've done a lot of work in my house over the years. I think they are pretty punctual. Their professionalism is very good.

Overall very good, pleased with product. Very professional installation-- courteous, job well done, everything as specified.
Price felt expensive and perhaps we should have shopped around more. The prices are not broken down by materials, labor, or have any itemization, so it made comparison a little more difficult.
I would recommend this company but urge getting several quotes.

TROTTA PROVIDED US WITH A DECENT EVALUATION OF THE CONDITION OF THE FLOOR. HOWEVER, THEY CONTRACTED OUT THE SERVICES AND WE WERE NOT THAT PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. WE HAD TO HAVE THEM BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THE LAST TIME TROTTA COMPLETED THE WORK THEMSELVES.
