Title Companies
This is horrible company to deal with. They caused closing delay and no response to customer at all. They are holding some amount of my money for closing and I can't get any response and update at all, so I am filing local government agency now.

As a frazzled first-time home buyer dealing with a problematic escrow period, I was so appreciative of Lynne's expertise. She was one of the few people who responded to my emails promptly (even at odd hours,) and did not make me feel like she had better things to do than answer questions, despite the size of the deal. That is real customer service. She went out of her way to coach me through the title process and offer me a better price than competitors. I would recommend anyone buying or selling a home, especially if you are unfamiliar with title insurance, to give Lynne a call.
