Went very well. We've used Titan for years. First Raymond, the owner, came out to the house to do the inspection. He is very thorough and explains things very well and comes up with a clear proposal for how to deal with the problem, with a close eye on keeping the cost to us down. He explained what needed to be done in detail, and even suggested things that we could easily do ourselves, rather than have his company do, so as to save us some money. As always, we were impressed with and very happy with the work that Titan has done for us.

I think they were great about doing the additional work with no problems. They came right on time and got the work done as quickly as they could. I would certainly go to them in the future.
