They did a great job! They were very professional and used the best method of cleaning with a negative air vacuum. They did not put any deodorizer or sanitizer in the ducts as they had found no mold, unlike other companies who put air fresheners or deodorizes in every time. This was important as I had some health issues that could be affected by sprays. As part of their regular service, they went up on the roof to check the compressor to see if it needed to be cleaned. They were referred to me by my previous duct and dryer vent cleaner plus HVAC maintenance; however, they no longer serviced my area. So it was a professional referral.

After inspection technician determined that ducts were in good condition and cleaning was unwarranted. Honesty was greatly appreciated. The dryer duct was cleaned and semi-annual maintenance recommended.

They scheduled an appointment for the next day and showed up promptly. We had a long run from our dryer to the exterior wall and the ducting is the flexible kind, which is not the preferred type. They were able to clean it out and now our machine is running much better. We recommend them highly.

Getting an estimate and appointment by phone was easy. The appointment was for between 4-5pm, but the technician arrived at 4pm.
He determined that the duct ran in 2 sections under the building. He snaked it several times, but wasn't satisfied with the results. So he crawled under the building into a very confined space and worked there for 15 minutes (on a hot day!). He said that the 2 sections weren't joined properly and went back in and taped them up. He did some more snaking and ended up finding a sponge! (The previous tenant had used the dryer without a lint screen.)
He was determined not to call the job done until he got the results he was looking for. That meant working longer than expected.......and on a Friday afternoon too!! I found out later that he had a long drive home since he lives in San Dimas and I was in West Los Angeles.
He asked how often I used the dryer. Based on my response, he said the duct should be cleaned again in 3 years and that the company would send me a reminder. I ended up paying the exact estimated amount.

I hired ADC on the recommendation of the company who installed and maintains my HVAC system, but doesn't do duct cleaning. It had been over ten years since the last time the ducts were cleaned. I called ADC, and got a quote from a friendly, polite, and professional young woman, who scheduled the appointment. The quoted amount was what I paid -- no surprise "extras". On the date we arranged, the two service techs called about 90 minutes before the appointment and asked if it was OK if they were a bit early (!). I could not be happier with the job. They went out of their way to be careful and CLEAN with my house while doing an inherently dirty job. The lead tech went over everything before they started, and pointed out a few painted-over registers that might cause minor paint flaking when removed (I actually had anticipated that, and was prepared for it because I knew it was unavoidable). But he worked with a razor blade and real patience to do the removal/re-install of the registers with a minimum of damage. The unpainted registers were no problem. He asked permission to change out all the screws for new ones, for a better re-install. They washed (and washed and washed) all the registers, vacuumed out a scary amount of crud from the ducts themselves, and put everything back together beautifully. They worked methodically, carefully, and took their time to do things right.They covered my bed (near a register), protected floors, and literally left the place cleaner than they found it (I don't mean the ducts and registers, I mean my floors which needed a vacuum!). I was impressed enough that I asked if if they did clothes dryer vents (yes) and added that to the job, which was done with equal attention and care. I will be using ADC again, and I won't wait another ten years!

The company called to let me know that they were running behind schedule and showed up at the new time they estimated. Service provider was friendly and concentrated on his work. He even cleaned the top of a tall bookcase where one of the vents was located. Did a great job. No problems with the service provided and the air is cleaner.

It went great and they were great too. They showed up on time, did the job and took the credit card. It was very simple. The price was fine. I would use their services in the future too.

They were very responsive. They were very punctual. They were very careful. I was concerned because my painters had painted over the covers. They didn't crack the paint and they did a great job. I only had one concern, they didn't put back one of the covers securely. One of the workers was an expert and he did excellent work. It wasn't a bad experience. It was a reassuring experience. I think I got what I paid for. I would use them again when it comes time to do this again.

HE CLEANED THE AIR DUCT AND MADE IT BECOME ITS ORIGINAL COLOR. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE BIT TOO HIGH. I THINK I COULD HAVE DONE IT BY MYSELF. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
