Mattresses
The price of the mattress was comparable to any other store. The reason we chose this store was because the manager promised next day delivery. We discussed this repeatedly with him before purchase, to which he acknowledged, "No problem." The mattress was not delivered until 3 days later. Despite attempts to resolve this with the manager and store directly, we filed a BBB case, to which they refused to respond. Poor business practice and customer service.
