Called Manny that afternoon and he met me at the house on time. Nice truck w/ equip. Clean & courteous man. Showed him the backed up sink that has no garbage disposal. Water draining very slowly. He could not loosen the joints to get to the P-trap after trying solvents and lots of muscle. He sawed off the pipe and we found it was severely clogged with gunk. He replaced with PVC also sawed off stuck clean-out and replaced it. Snaked drain to main line. Cleaned up. Was courteous, professional and nice to my dog, too. Licensed Plumber.
