Wow! My carpet looked almost like new after they were done cleaning it. The water they use it HOT! You could see the steam coming from the hose was steaming and that really helped get the stains out. Plus the carpet was nearly dry by the time they left, unlike other carpet cleaners who have left the carpet wet enough that it needed a couple days to dry. They also cleaned the upholstery on our chairs, and they look so much better. They were on time, professional, and hard working. I will be hiring them in the future.
