Just fine. It's always easy with Bob. He has been my plumber for over 15 yrs. I can leave him a key and trust him to come in when I'm not home. He can even deal with my snappy little dogs. Yay Bob!

I have a 30 year relationship with them. His name is Bob Saurer. He's great and he has been good for me. He replumbed our house years ago with copper. He knows the house. He is practical and fixes things in a realistic way. They stay fixed and I never worry about a pipe leaking with him. My experience has been very good.
