It couldn't have gone better. We're first time home buyers and Pat held our hands through the entire process. From the beginning she drove us around, which was a big change from other agents, and told us the history of the areas and how they were changing. The homes she selected for us covered a wide range but we felt that each home she personally researched and could advise us on. We put an offer on one of those homes, which as a first time buyer, it was a stressful experience and Pat was a pro holding our hands during that process. For that home we were out bid but that first experience with Pat stuck in our heads. Without a doubt we would recommend Pat with the highest referral.
