The job went great and we were very happy with them.  It was easy to make appointment with them.  They did a very good job and they did it quickly.

They did a very large project for me. They started the work four months ago. Bruce is extremely easy to work with. He is very responsive. His primary concern is to make the customers happy. He and his crew are very professional. I am not sure about their cleanup, though. I would say that I was very happy with them and I will hire them again. Their price is excellent. They are here all the time. They do work excellently. The project has been going for a few months now. I think it is very typical. They built in a large pool. All the work had to be done by hand. They brought in 22 truckloads of dirt. They wheeled the dirt up to fill in the pool. They also built a 450 square feet office with a full bath and a kitchenette. They came in at about a $100,000 under the next bid that I had received. The total cost will be around $120,000. I had an excellent experience with them. They are an excellent company. It is run by a father and a son. So, one of them or both come out everyday. There are other workers. There are two other regular people. However, the only complaint I have is that I have to keep a very close eye on the details of the work. There is a little sloppiness, but they rectify it once I point it out to them.

We had a terrific experience with Bruce Hashemi, RDM's principal. We ran into several weeks of unexpected delays in obtaining our building permit, and Bruce was instrumental in getting us through the process. He called frequently with updates and performed what work he could on the site while the permits were in process. Once we were clear to begin, Bruce got started right away and he was on the job site every day. His crew was hard working, courteous, considerate and careful. When Bruce ran into unforeseen issues or had questions about small details, he was diligent about contacting us and always followed through exactly as we discussed. He has a good collection of subcontractors and suppliers who gave us very competitive prices on a range of things, from the front door to the painting to the shower door and the roof. We gave Bruce several change orders along the way (for a Solatube, a new master sewer cleanout, replacing galvanzied plumbing, and replacing the existing roof) and he was responsive about documenting them properly and incorporating them into his work flow. When we received our building permit, Bruce projected that the job would take three months to complete. We moved into the house three months and one week to the day after he started work. The one piece of advice we would offer future clients working with Bruce is to keep a close watch on the crucial materials orders; Bruce had a tendency to let orders for certain items (flooring, tile, decking) wait until the last minute, which caused disruptions and delays in the schedule when the inevitable materials problems would arise (manufacturer errors, changes in quantities needed, etc.). Bruce is, above all, a communicative, responsive, and responsible contractor. He is, in many ways, the opposite of the awful stereotype, making him a delight to work with. We would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him highly.

From start to finish, FANTASTIC. He was professional, gave a fair estimate, made useful suggestions, was pleasant, punctual. He finished the job on time. He really really cares about his work and his customers. I don't plan to ever use anyone else. Bruce, you rock!!!!

He is reasonably priced, he shows up ontime. He is very helpful. He is very professional and very punctual. I would recommend them to others.
