I called Bernie, who came over with his son and gave an estimate last week. I had had other estimates and this seemed in the ballpark-- plus he had come recommended by my broker at Coldwell when I originally bought my house and her other recommendations have been excellent. We set a time for Monday 14th. He came over with his crew at 8 AM, just as he had said. He promised the job would be done by 2 PM and it was. When I went up on the roof to check out the work, they brought up my hose to show me how the slightly raised area they had built was draining away water instead of allowing it to pool. They cleaned all the debris away as they worked.
