 + 3 moreWe had 3 outside wood gates repaired. They also repaired and painted the bottom of a bedroom door and they replaced some grout in a shower. The owner initially came to my house to provide an estimate. He thoroughly explained the work to be done and he provided some excellent advice. He gave me an estimate of when he could start the work. As the start day approached, he contacted me requesting a delay of a few days. On the day of the job, he and his worker arrived on time. They planned to get all the work done in 1 day, but they spent the entire day working on rebuilding the first gate. It was more challenging than they expected. However, it turned out well. They came back the next day to complete the other tasks. After inspecting the work, I did not like the bedroom door paint job because the paint used did not match the color of the door. I contacted the owner, and he came the next day with different paint and re-painted the entire door (front & back) at no extra charge.
Description of Work: We had 3 outside wood gates repaired. The first one had to be rebuilt using the existing wood and some new pieces. The second one had to be re-hung to eliminate a problem with it scraping against the cement walkway and the third one needed the top piece of the frame replaced. They also repaired and painted the bottom of an inside bedroom door and they replaced some grout in a shower.
