The cooler is old. Ara figured out the problem and a part, which is not readily available was needed. He called two stores and searched online to find the part. Because the total cost of parts and labor would have been too high, I opted to purchase a new cooler. Ara, said no problem. He then removed it from the cabinet, which was not easy and carried it out to the street for garbage pick up. I could not have done that myself, so I was very grateful. I would definitely call Ara again if I have another problem.

I cannot say enough good things about Arik and Prime. Arik quickly diagnosed the problem with our fridge (compressor issue) and offered a solution. He had the tools on site and was able to get working right away - a rare experience for us. While completing the repair, he noticed a blockage and stayed for nearly 2 extra hours clearing it out and making sure everything was working properly. I am very grateful to Arik for his professionalism and commitment to resolving our job. Arik and Prime will be my first call next time we ever have appliance issues going forward!
