+ -1 moreWHAT CAN I SAY, IT WAS FINE. I HAD A PROBLEM AND THEY GOT IT TAKEN CARE OF. IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. I HAD TO TAKE IT IN A SECOND TIME, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ADDRESS ALL THE ISSUES. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT BUT THEY SOMETIMES KNOW TOO MUCH, SO THEY DON'T USE COMMON TERMS.
Description of Work: I HAD A VIRUS, THEY CLEANED IT OFF OF MY HARDRIVE. THIS IS MY PERSONAL AND BUSINESS COMPUTER.
