My wife and I recently bought a house and were expecting our first child....we bought our house knowing we would eventually be doing some work to the house, but with a little one on the way our timeline suddenly sped up. We had previously met with about 6 different contractors/companies and Opulent easily stood out from the bunch and it was easy to see why. We we walked through with all the other contractors and pointed out what we wanted they all politely nodded and said "yeah, we can do that." When we walked through with Robert and Taline they were the only ones who digested what we said, talked and about the pros and cons and threw back different and often better ideas. When it came down the scheduling Robert and Taline, knew our situation and bent over backwards to squeeze us into their very busy schedule. In terms of the scope of the work, we were were remodeling the two bedrooms, 2 of the 3 bathrooms, converting a den into a bedroom and repairing some water damage that we discovered once we moved into our house. Robert and his architect Firas worked to create designs and pull the necessary permits for all the work. When it came to finally starting we had less than 4 months left before our due date. Robert and his crew came in and worked fast and hard to truly give us everything we wanted. The crew was extremely polite, professional and highly skilled and we were more than impressed with the final outcome. The process wasn't easy as our house provided a lot unique quirks like the fact that its a hillside house and that it was slightly "V" shaped so all the back walls are shorter than the front walls, in terms of the construction that meant that there were almost not 90 degree corners on any of the walls. It was tough to navigate and required constant tweaks and changes on almost every aspect of the design and construction. All in all, everything was done on time, on budget and to our liking. We know we're going to do some additional work in the future and look forward to working with them again.

I really could not be more please with both the quality of workmanship and also with my dealing with all members of the Opulent team.

They delivered first rate work that has exceeded my expectations and were always fair and reasonable to deal with.

What is inherently a stressful situation was made much less so by dealing with Robert and Taline who obviously take great pride in the work they do and the company they run.

This is a family owned business that takes pride in their work.  They are very responsive, professional and, unlike other contractors we've worked with, they show up on time and promptly return calls. They finished the job in only 5 weeks and I cannot fault them on a single item - and they are very nice people.  If we need additional work done, we'll certainly give them a call.

They are awesome to work with, they have a great sense of humor, they are on time, if they have a problem, they work with me, and I have learnt a lot from them. Their workers are clean and polite. They are awesome. They get 150% stars from me.

The service turned out very well. They did an excellent job and were very honest. The technicians were also professional and courteous. Their design was very creative and they capture the vision I was going for. They were very cost effective and accommodating. I never had any issues with scheduling and they always came out on time.

Opulent Remodeling and Construction is of the utmost quality.  Their work is above and beyond the scope of excellence.  They were professional, courteous, timely, efficient and patient with all of our thoughts and questions.  The owner of the company Robert Saad, was hands on and his staff and crew were always there on time, were experts in their field and often times had been with the company for several years, which speaks volumes about the relationship between them and the owner/administration.
The work is honest and done with integrity.  I will be using them again for our next remodel.

I had a great experience with Opulent Remodeling. Robert and his crew were very professional. He helped me with designing and choosing the materials for the remodel. Their job was very clean and the crew worked very efficiently,
always coming in on time and cleaning up after themselves.

I have 4 units that needed remodeling, after shopping around and getting many estimates for months Robert was one of the few that stood out for my husband and I and seemed most experienced and professional of what we wanted to be done. He understood that it was a big concern for us to stay within our budget.  He was cooperative with us and our tenants with the scheduling.  The work that he provided us with was detailed and was delivered  in a promptly manner.

Excellent team, well knowledge and respectful of property and owner.  Of course in every project there is a challenge and Opulent not only was creative in the solution, but willingness to work with a tight budget was most impressive. 
Regarding customer service, Robert and crew were always available and showed professional responsiveness.  Pricing was not the least expensive, I never go with the cheapest...CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE,  and I never will sacrifice quality over a few dollars.....
Top, notch, I can not wait to have another project for Opulent to be part of..
