NSL Moving

We had everything packed and ready for the movers to come the next day. I originally booked for three men to come and they called me right before I had gone to bed they called and said they could only send two men out for the move. That was our first problem. When I booked the move I specifically told them that we needed at least 12 or 13 wardrobe boxes due the amount of clothes we have. We were guaranteed to have more than enough wardrobe boxes. They showed up with 5 wardrobe boxes. We had to run and buy more or take their truck and they would charge us for that. My friend went and purchased wardrobe boxes on our own time. That was problem two. Problem three was that we were advised of extra charges which in this case was shrink wrap. The two men who came were Russian and it was very hard to understand them, one spoke no English what so ever and the other person was not easy to get along with at all. Problem number four was that the stuff in our home was not able to be taken in one trip and we were told it would all fit in one trip. I had insisted that we had large pieces of furniture. We had to call other moving companies to try and locate a truck. We never found another truck. I was furious. I refused to pay them and I blocked their truck with my car and said nobody is going anywhere until this is resolved. I was not going to pay double drive time since it would take more than one trip. They didn't advise they took a $60 gas tank off our gas grill and left it at my house. This is the worst moving company that I've ever dealt with. I would strongly suggest that nobody utilizes this moving company that is based in Glendale, CA.
