When we complained, the manager went into " blame the customer" mode, with a harangue about how everybody loves them. Only when he was forced to come back and inspect did he admit they messed up. Finally when we insisted on talking to the general manager, many things got fixed - many weeks later. But now six months later, he has not gotten back to us on the damage of an expensive item.
