Andy and his team are great! When I requested a quote through Angi, Andy called me the very same day to schedule a visit. The painters, Douglas and Choi, showed up each day right on the dot and got to work immediately. They painted two bedrooms + vaulted ceilings and 2 bathrooms in 2.5 days and their work is flawless. The lines are clean and I was impressed with how meticulously they painted around fixtures and even screws I had to leave in the wall. They were thorough in covering our floors and furniture and moved everything back exactly how we had it when they first arrived. Our rooms feel like new and we will absolutely use them again!

Excellent work done by excellent people. Bid was $5k lower then others to paint 1600sf 80 year old stucco exterior home. Half the house required stucco top coat replaced and remainder needed repairs. Project cost included all paint and supplies. Staff was on time, courteous and finished 3 days ahead of schedule. Owner, Andy, was readily available and did mid project and final walk through. You won’t be disappointed with this team of professionals.

New Life Painting did an excellent job for us and we would hire them again. They were very professional and they took care to ensure everything was done right. We had some wood around a few windows that needed to be replaced and they did a great job replacing that. The owner was by to check on the progress and see if there were any issues and we have a great overall experience for this job.

Excellent on all points! Showed up 5 minutes early each day, was incredibly gracious, pointed out some things that we didn’t consider, crew worked efficiently, did a flawless job, was neat and tidy, and threw in a few “extras” on the fly! What more could we want??? We will definitely recommend Andy to friends and family!!?

Andy the owner of the painting company was very professional and respectful. He responded to our job request in a timely manner and showed up on time the day he came out to give us the quote. Andy's employees are also very punctual and professional. Andy's quote was reasonable. Before they started working, they took the time to carefully cover our floors, carpet and possessions. They did a clean job painting the walls of our livingroom. The ceiling lines were also very straight and clean. Andy came to check on the job and to make sure we were happy with thw work that was being done When they were done painting, they cleaned up very well. We will be calling Andy for our next painting job.

We are so happy we selected New Life Painting! We interviewed several for this big job but after my conversation with Andy Chung of New Life Painting, I called my sister immediately and said they are the ones! We were putting our parent's house up for sale and it needed everything. The house was built in 1955 and our parent's owned it since 1975 but did very little with it over the years and it just looked so outdated. Everything needed painting, inside and out. Every room. Every closet. Everything. I consulted with Andy and he was so professional. He gave me suggestions about color choices and sheens and ideas of what would work here and what would work there and took the guesswork right out of it. He really knows his business and made me feel confident that I made the right choice. For every question that I had, and I had many, he knew how to respond with solid answers and not just guesses. His responses clearly come from decades of experience and that was important to us. Another thing that was important to us was to hire a company that is fully licensed, bonded and insured. Andy gave me copies of all of that prior to starting work. Two main guys did the interior, Mr. Choi and Douglas. They were so professional! They came in early and on time and never missed a day. They did their work, didn't goof off or play around, and didn't make a mess. Very clean and perfect painting job. I was very impressed with everything. The exterior work, pressure washing and garage painting was done by Mr. Kim and Carlos. And again, a perfect job! Clean and amazing! Not a drop of paint spilled anywhere! These men have been with Andy for years and years and that was important to us as well. We didn't want a company that just pulled inexperienced help off the street. If you are thinking about who to use for your next painting job, please take my word for it and call Andy at New Life Painting and schedule an interview. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they do beautiful work. We believe our house will sell for a lot more now that everything has been refreshed with a new coat of paint. Andy and his team are highly professional with exceptional workmanship. They did a wonderful job and finished in record time. Once done, the house looked beautiful and like new. We recently purchased a new house that's a fixer-upper and telephoned Andy again for the painting. But, I'll write that review when the job's completed.

Prep work is really important, and the painters sanded, taped and prepped beautifully. I'm going to hire New Life Painting to paint the rest of my house.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Andy's crew was professional, punctual and very detail oriented. They went above and beyond in their work, particularly with the prep and with replacing the fascia and repairing the roof tiles, as well as repainting the house numbers to match. They were all friendly and considerate. They left the project pristine. I highly recommend Andy and New Life and look forward to working with them again.

Andy Chung and his team were really great. Originally we contracted to have them do just the interior walls. The price was very competitive and we liked the work they were doing, so we expanded the job. They basically painted anything that moved. Not only did they do a fantastic job painting the walls, they painted the popcorn ceiling, the doors throughout the house and the kitchen cabinets. In the upstairs hall, they patched a bad DIY job. Everything looked great. They still needed to install new door hinges on the cabinets and there was a couple of touch ups needed and Troy is here right now to correct them. We couldn't be happier. In fact, we are going to call Andy to do our baseboards after our new floors are installed. Thank you New Life Painting.

Andy and New Life Painting were incredible!!!! Ultra-professional in every aspect. They actually charged me less than what was originally quoted. Superb attention to detail and Andy was early to every meeting. I also appreciate that they took the time to do the job right and not rush through it so they could get to the next job. When it comes time to do my exterior I will be calling New Life Painters. Hire this company and you won't be disappointed.

Andy did a very nice job. Everything looks great. He was easy to talk to and had really helpful input. The job took about 2 weeks and his guys were totally professional. We're really happy with the way everything turned out.

Andy Chung is the owner and foreman; he always does a good job with a good price, offers quality paint, and he's always willing to come back for touch ups. He almost always finishes on time. He is a great painting contractor offering both residential and commercial services.
