Mike from MBR Construction provided outstanding service. He was punctual, quickly grasped the issues at hand, and carried out the necessary repairs proficiently. His positive attitude and business savvy were notable, adding to the overall excellent experience. I certainly plan to enlist his services again and would recommend his company without reservation. Working with someone who has mastered his craft is truly a delight.

Mike and his team installed new siding on the front of the house, framed all the windows, added a brick wall. Then painted the entire house! They were professional and finished in a timely manner!

I am very pleased with the quality of work and the cost. My wife is extremely happy I decided to hire a good contractor instead of trying to do it myself. Now she has her kitchen and bath she wanted and I have 2 major hubby tasks off my TO DO list. Thank you MBR.

Mike Roberto and his whole crew (Tim, Pablo, and Pat) are amazing at what they do. I had Mike and his team do framing for a new wall/turret as well as truss install and roof sheathing (I'm probably missing details here but that's the major stuff). Everybody is timely and they work efficiently. What made me actually hire Mike in contrast to other framing companies is Mike's willingness to actually answer his phone/texts. He is very easy to get a hold of, which in the construction world is a standout. He answers all my ridiculous questions and is very easy to work with. He also worked with my husband and my father-in-law who are not contractors but like to help and have some handyman experience. I'll absolutely hire Mike again for future projects!

Highly recommend, very professional and thorough

Mike suggested fiber-cement siding and steel door for our terribly siding currently cracked, chipped and popping out and the door jammed and not easy to open and close. Mike and Tim were punctual all three days they were onsite. Mike explained in detailed what he was going to replace the steel door first and then fiber-cement siding on the same side of the house. The door went in despite he had to correct the door frame because it was not straight. He custom made 2 blocks to go under the molding to fill the gaps of the existing molding and the floor. He got special tape to go on the bottom of the siding to prevent moisture slip into the house against the deck adjacent to the wall. In addition, he used the fiber-cement siding to add cut out to the electrical and light fixtures, a very special touch. They left clean on the work area and we don't even have to lift a broom!!!
