They did a great job and I spent $380. My overall experience was very good. The owner was easy to reach, very responsive to questions and I wouldn?t hesitate to use them again. They were a little high in my cleaning expenses, but I was in a real jam and they were able to help me out. I had a tenant moving in on Monday. I had already used my regular cleaning sources and they were unable to budge the sticky substance on the floor. They were very professional and did a beautiful job.

When Richard Eisenberg came to my home to give me an estimate he tested my den floor to see what type of wax was on the floor. I felt very comfortable and confident in his abilities to do the job.

Knowing nothing about cleaning Spanish floor tiles I called Rick at MJM who was immediately friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. MJM came out to demonstrate their services to make sure it was to our satisfaction, and the job was efficiently completed by a nice couple on the date we requested a fair price for the amount of work. They were very conscientious and did a very deep cleaning, gently moving small furniture and taking care around larger items. I highly recommend Rick and MJM and will use them again.

NOTHING WAS DAMAGED. WE HAD TO REMIND THEM WHERE THE THINGS WERE TO BE PLACED. IT WAS QUICK AND COURTEOUS. THE FLOOR WAS CLEANED WELL.
