THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WAS THEY GOT IT DONE FAST AND THAT IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AT THE TIME. I THINK THEY ARE AS PROFESSIONAL AS ANYONE ELSE. I HAVE NOT DEALT WITH THAT MANY CARPETING PLACES AND I DO NOT CONSIDER THEM PROFESSIONALS ANYWAY, BUT AS FAR AS I KNOW THEY WERE FINE.

THEY WERE FAST. THEY DELIVERED WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THERE WAS A SPOT THAT WAS DONE NOT TO MY SATISFACTION, AND THE GUY FIXED IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE. IT WAS NO PROBLEM.
