In N Out Air Inc

In N Out Air is wonderful! Unlike other businesses, someone actually answered the phone when I called to make an appointment! They were professional and courteous. Hovik was the technician that serviced my AC. He was punctual, honest, respectful and straightforward. He thoughtfully diagnosed a minor problem and fixed it within a few minutes. I would recommend In N Out to anyone and everyone!

They came fast, explained the issue and fixed it. It was a nice service.

So, this winter it was time for repairs or replacement and we searched Angie's list and Yelp for someone who would do a good job. Hovik@ In and Out Air had so many glowing reviews! People just loved him and said "he was so honest". So, we took a chance and called him. He was very nice on the phone, we made an Appointment and he was here on time. Hovik went up and looked at the heater and came down right away. Turns out there was a hole in a hose that needed to be repaired nothing more! Hovik said the hose didn't even didn't even need to be replaced, he just taped it! Gave us. He suggested we use cheaper air filters, apparently they work better. Bottom line is this. If we had been told we needed a new heater we would have gladly paid thousands of dollars to have heat once again. Hovik's fee was very reasonable, to our relief and our heat has been working like Gang Busters ever since!!! Hovik is very nice HONEST man you can trust. Please use "In N Out Air" you will be very happy you made that choice!
