Hirise Furniture - Glendale

After waiting for 3 months for coffee table, I requested a refund. I was told that due to length of time that they could not refund credit card and would have to mail a check. 'Rob' at HiRise requested an email with my address to send the check to. After waiting another 8-9 weeks and no check, I sent repeated emails to 'Rob' with no response. (All correspond in regards to this matter have been thru email and yes I have copies of everything) . I finally called the phone num shown on website in last ditch effort to avoid hassle of small claims court. I explained my situation to woman on phone and then got transferred to Another women whose foreign accent made any communication impossible (NOT a very good dodging tactic as most people are aware companies do this to frustrate you in order for you to give up). I however, chose to contact Angie's List before filing in small claims and then using any and all social media to 'advertise' my experience with this company.
