On 07-25-2006 I made an appointment for a service call for Saturday, 07-29-2006, 10 AM-12 PM. As of the day before the appointment the company had not called to confirm, so I called them at 4:45 pm. The man on the phone didn't seem to know who I was, but said he'd come between 3 PM and 5 PM the following day. Even with this second phone conversation, he didn't show up and didn't call.
Description of Work: Service call to diagnose and repair central air conditioning system.
