When the electricians that undid the cabinet lights replaced them in the wrong position so the molding could not be placed on the bottom of the cabinets. The lights were not placed correctly. Heritage subcontracts this work out. I also was overcharged.$400 for a garden window. Everything was fine except for the lights underneath the cabinets and the garden window over-charge. Other than that the finished product looked beautiful. He was pretty up on things and was responsive.

it has been a struggle to work with them. from beginning to end they have offered nothing but resistance to the project, and i wish i had found someone earlier who is engaged and willing to work with us.
