It is, however, a process that Heaven's Best seems to genuinely care about.
This people are kind and professional, but most unusually, they cleaned our sofa and
chair as though it was an actual member of the family that he was tending to.
Thorough and careful.

We had a few microfiber pillows that we were going to throw away
because they were so stained, but he cleaned them up at no charge and
are good as new! The technician was very polite, punctual and
knowledgable.
