HACE USA did a really good job. He is really professional and personable. He came in and did it quickly. In less than 5 minutes. Pretty quick and he did a good job. The price was really good. We were really pleased.

I had a very very positive experience with these people. I thought they did quality work and they were very honest with me. I was really very very pleased with their work. They removed the old registers and installed new ones and new duct work. They did a lot of work. It was a lot of money to spend but I think I got a good value for my money. I would recommend them to anyone. I went with the bigger and more expensive system because I'd actually be saving money with the tax refund for it.

I was introduced to Van Nercessian of HACE through my contractor. Van and his men showed up on time every day of the project. I gave him a downpayment two days into the project. He did not ask for the remainder until the project was completed and he had presented my contractor with an approved inspection report from the City of Los Angeles. I paid a little more than originally quoted because I decided on an air conditioning unit a grade higher than originally planned. The final amount was discussed and agreed upon. I am happy with the quality of the work and the final result. The work was finished in the time frame promised. It is now mid-August, 90 degrees outside, and I am sitting inside my home, very comfortable. Oh, about a week or so after everything was completed, Van emailed me, asking if I was happy with the result and if I had any questions. Nice follow-through!

Van Nercessian met me to go over what work was required and gave me an estimate - very patient with all my questions and no pressure. He was recommended by my electrician. I compared Van's price to similar jobs by other companies and decided to give Van the job. He and his two helpers did the complete installation in two days while I was at work- no mess in my house whatsoever. Couple of weeks later we had a heat wave and he stopped by to make sure everything was working well.
