Bob first came to my home to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process of what was required to do to replace my pool pump. Unlike other pool repair people, he simplified the process for me and did not try to sell me anything new. When he finished installing the pool pump, it made a horrible noise. It turns out the pool pump's motor was damaged in shipping which I suspected but hoped it was still in good condition. He suggested that I contact the manufacturer to get the motor fixed under warranty. And he then followed up to complete the installation without additional charge. I was very pleased by his service and enjoyed his friendly demeanor.

If there are any mechanical issues or needed improvements to be made,
Bob will thoroughly explain why they are necessary, what needs to be
done, and when and how much it will cost. He arrives exactly when he
says he will and has never let us down.

I've owned my home for almost five years. It came with a hot tub. We used that hot tub twice and haven't even opened the lid in over three years. Perhaps it's no coincidence that the week I brought my newborn twins home from the hospital I realized I'd love to use that hot tub again. I called HK Pool Service and explained the situation. Bob showed up on time and was a dream to work with. He opened the hot tub, helped me clean it out, explained how it all worked, what I would need to do to keep it clean, helped me fill it with water.... This took about 20 minutes. When he was done he told me it was no charge and that he works in the area so if I ever had a question to call him and he'd help.
How amazing was that? Of course I couldn't not pay - he saved me a lot of time/money and hassle. I told him I insisted. He said his regular rate was $30, but if I insisted on paying him he was going to bring me a bunch of chemicals. He ended up cleaning out my hot tub til it was like new. He and quot;Shockedand quot; the water with chlorine and I could have used that tub within the hour if the aforementioned twins didn't keep me from it.
This is exactly the type of person you want to work with. Honest, knowledgable and kind. I feel very lucky to have found him. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Bob showed up within an hour of calling him. I had a bad experience with two other pool service people so Bob was a breath of fresh air. He not only quoted a good price but seemed to be much more informed as to what the chemical ratios mean. He does continuing education to keep up on the latest information about pools and health requirements. He cleaned the pool and came back the next day to do a more thorough job. He shows up every week and does his job, I am super pleased with his work and would recommend him.

They show up when they promise. They come when I'm not here so it is very convenient. They do great work. I have never had to call them back to fix their work.

Bob was extremely thorough, conscientious and attentive. He was superb at keeping in touch as the work progressed, kept costs minimal and was extremely informative (and reassuring) about spa maintenance and operation. As homeowners, we're always looking for people who can be "our guy" in a particular area of upkeep on our property. Bob very quickly became our spa guy, and we wouldn't trade him for the world.

I HIRED MR KIM TO SERVICE MONTHLY A POOL. HE ALSO WAS ABLE TO CORRECT PROBLEMS TO REPAIRS MADE INCORRECTLY TO A RESURFACED POOL. MR KIM CORRECTED AND MADE THE CONDITION OF THE POOL VERY GOOD. HE EVEN WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE PUMP.
