Do not shop here. They sold me a product I did not need then refused to accept the return. The salesman insisted I needed the product along with another product I did use. I got home and read the directions and no where did it mention this product. The product was unused and unopened. I tried to return the product within the store's 30 day return policy. They gave me many excuses but would not accept the product back.

Glendridge Pool Supply used to be great, but under the new ownership it's declined. In-store service, for things like basic pool supplies, is indifferent. The staff is not interested in helping and doesn't seem to know a lot-nor do they seem to care. I had them service my pool filter and they did a very poor job.

After patronizing this store for many years, I have stopped going there. The business has changed hands, and the new staff is rude, argumentative and dismissive. They do not have nearly the depth and breadth of knowledge that the old staff did - indeed, they seemed ignorant of some rather basic problems with pool care. I will not patronize them in future.

Woman at shop very helpful and open with information. Didn't hustle. Sold unit on basis of quality, durability, ease of repair, and efficiency. Delivered and installed within 1 week - competitors were charging about 10-15% more, and needed 4 weeks lead time for install. Eddie, the guy who does the actual work, is a real nice dude and knows his stuff inside and out. Lots of free advice, and laid out options for making the overall pool/spa system better without really selling. Also, busted his butt loosening our ancient valves for like 30 minutes in 100 degrees of heat - to replace would have cost several hundred bucks. The shop itself is totally mom and pop, but they seem to have all the answers.

SECOND PUMP REPLACED (BY A DIFFERENT COMPANY) IN FOUR YEARS. FIRST REPLACED PUMP (BY OTHER COMPANY) WAS FOUND TO BE REFURBISHED RATHER THAN NEW AS PROMISED. GLENRIDGE INSTALLED NEW PUMP WHICH WE FIND MUCH SUPERIOR TO OLD.

THEY WERE ACTUALLY THE ONES WHO BUILT THE POOL 21 YEARS AGO. I'VE DONE THE ROUTINE STUFF MYSELF. I DON'T HAVE A REGULAR CONTRACT FOR POOL MAINTENANCE. IF I HAVE SOMETHING THAT NEEDS A REPAIR, THEY COME OUT. I GENERALLY DON'T SEE THEM WHEN THEY'RE HERE, BUT THEY SEEM REASONABLY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

EVERYTHING IS OKAY. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE. I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS. IT'S A "B" FOR MOST THINGS. I DIDN'T GIVE THEM ANY "A'S" OR "F'S". I AM STILL THERE, AND I AM STILL WITH THEM. I AM JUST IN THE HABIT.

THE WORKER WILL BE SO NICE WHENEVER HE'D COME TO MY HOUSE. HE WILL GET TO WORK THE MINUTE HE STEPS INTO MY POOL AREA. HE WILL CALL DAYS BEFORE TELLING WHEN HE WILL COME BY TO FILTER AND CLEAN THE POOL. HE IS A REALLY GOOD WORKER.

THE WORKER WAS A NICE GUY. THE PRICE THAT HE GAVE US WAS VERY REASONABLE.
