I was completely happy with both remodels. Sam (the owner) is very professional, dependable and, most important, ready and willing to help. Jobs were done quickly, cleanly, and on time. Not only would I use Sam's services again, I would (and do) recommend him to others.

Sam, the owner, came well-recommended by an acquaintance of ours He did a bathroom counter for her and a large kitchen for her friend. We wanted a custom countertop in granite for our kitchen remodel. Sam quoted us a figure on the high end, but we agreed. We selected the slab and paid a deposit. We didn't realize that Sam does stock countertops on site, but contracts out custom work to another shop. The man running that shop was chronically late and sloppy in his work. When the countertops were installed, they had numerous scratches (over 30), one end had a gap of 1/4and quot; next to a wood panel, that same end wasn't finished, and another area the edge was noticeably crooked. We called Sam and told him the issues. He came, tried to tell us the slab had all these scratches when we selected it, and had the subcontractor put more black polish on them (black granite). He did not offer any other solution so we are living with it, but regret our decision to use Glendale Tiles and Tops. Nice people, but if they're going to subcontract your job, don't do it.

Glendale Tile and Tops went above and beyond in creating a stunning kitchen. Everything went very smoothly. This is a family run business (father and daughter) who are incredibly responsive and helpful. Prices are great, too. I will be using them again.

Easy from start to finish. I logged onto their website decided what granite I liked best. Looked at their samples and decided once I went to the store. I had some of my own ideas but the girl helped me decided what would work best in our space and it came out perfect.
