Glendale Tile

I received an estimate for stone and ceramic tiles for a bathroom remodel.  The customer service was O.K. but my wife had a lot of questions and had a hard time making a decision (their selection was very large).  I would have appreciated a salesman who could have spent the necessary time with us and had the expertise to assist us in narrowing down the choices.  This did not happen.  

I ended up purchasing from United TIle and Stone because they were extremely knowledgable and really took the time to work with us to find exactly the right tiles for our particular needs.  When our workers ran out of grout, however, I did go back to Glendale Tile because they had it in stock, whereas United was going to have to order it (which would have meant about a 24 hour delay).

The job went great.  They have an excellent selection and they had a lot of things that we didn’t see elsewhere.  They were very good about working with us on prices.

Good experience. I would definitely use them again. And I think the prices are very competitive too. Better than Home Depot and Lowes, that's for sure.

Excellent selection of tile, and staff is always helpful. We made many trips to the store before choosing our tile, and every time they were patient and professional. They were able to match prices that I had found elsewhere, and gave us good prices on everything we bought. We will definitely return when it's time to redo the bathrooms ...

THE PEOPLE PUTTING IN THE TILES DID A REALLY GOOD JOB IN THE KITCHEN FLOOR. THE KITCHEN FLOOR LOOK REAL NICE AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I REALLY LIKED THE FLOOR.
