A valet wrecked our 3 week old SUV.  They repaired the front bumper and did a great job.  I can highly recommend Glendale Auto Body for any repairs.  Excellent service and communication.  Very happy.

Needless to say we were really impressed with the service we received. We were not surprized since I had previously had body work done at Glendale Body. . The work was finished as scheduled , The price was fair and my wife , the picky one in the family and the primary driver of this car , is just delighted with the outcome. These days service is so important and Mark and his office manager should teach a course on this subject. Bottom line. excellent in every way.

Mark notified me that he had noticed a few other dings / scratches and woundered if he could keep the car for another day. I agreed and wanted the job done right so when I went to pick my car up not only was the bill lower than the intial quote (160.00) but the car looked almost brand-new for a 2007. If I ever need any autoboy repair work in the future I will not hesitate to use Glendale
Auto Body along with refering all my friends as well. Now that the way to run a business, Hats off to Mark Vargo.

My car was rear-ended by another car, so I took it to Glendale Auto Body. The cost was covered by the other driver's insurance, but I went to Glendale because they are on my insurer's list of approved shops, and I had had a positive experience with them in the past. They quickly handled the estimate and claims process, transported me to a car rental location, and had my car repaired and ready exactly when they said it would be. The work was fine, and without my asking they even did a paint touch-up on a scratch on my hood, free of charge.

Repair work done to my Honda Odyssey minivan. Mark was very professional, courteous, and thorough. My car looks like new again.

As you can imagine, I was frantic and they were great. My husband didn't even notice it. I had to tell him though and he appreciated the quality of their work. The experience was a very pleasant one. It is hard to see the back of the Chevy Silver-ado double-king cab truck or over the front if it comes to that. Unless of course your 6ft 6 or so.

They are very professional. They give the estimate and no one can beat their estimate. They fix my problem right away. They are very good people. I would use them in the future.

Someone backed into my parked car and damaged the front drivers side. I had existing dents on both back sides from before I bought the car. I took it for an estimate and they were helpful, friendly and prompt. They manipulated the front fender to move it so it would not damage anything further when driving before it could be fixed. I asked for separate estimates to repair the rear and front damage, since the person who damaged the front was paying to repair that, and since it was in the shop anyway I thought to repair the other damage as well. The car is 10 years old and I explained that the back end damage I would like improved but not perfected - they completely understood what I was going for. I got two other estimates and theirs was the lowest. The other places insisted more parts had to be replaced and one estimate was double the one from Glendale Auto Body. It was in and out in the amount of time they said and the cost was what they said. Basically they charged for the front end damage repair and parts and did what they could on the other dents within the same cost. The pre-existing dents were 90% better and the front end repair was perfect, could not tell anything happened. They detailed the inside of the car which I was not expecting, and it was excellent. Overall very pleased and would use them again. Mike and Mark were both very nice, and I never felt rushed or talked down to as can often happen when dealing with cars.

The whole experience left me feeling great. Mark and Mike were both very good communicators who described the whole process to be undertaken and kept me up to date on the progress of the restoration. They did everything the right way and cut no corners in identifying the damaged parts and in using the correct parts to restore a very complicated car. They are true professionals and a pleasure to work with (especially considering how low I felt after the crash).

Aram gave me a quote to repair my car's L fender which entailed replacing surrounding areas as well. Mark, the owner, gave me a lift home from the shop. Work took one day less than the full week expected. Paint matched perfectly. Slight problem with loose switch panel on inside driver's door; I discovered a broken tab which prevented the panel from clicking into place. Panel had been fine when I dropped the car off. Went back and spoke with Mike; I liked his demeanor, he was very calm. New panel had to be ordered and I went back a third time to have it replaced. No charge, of course; just the inconvenience of two extra trips. Panel aside, I think they did very good work and the staff is friendly although Aram seemed a little preoccupied. As I didn't get quotes from anywhere else, but based my choice solely on what other AL members said, I can't comment on whether the price was competitive or not.

I selected Glendale Auto Body on Angie's List reputation. I liked that they specialized in BMW repairs; I hoped their experience working on high-end cars would result in a high quality job done on my new (but not expensive) car. The estimate process went OK. I worked with Aram -- he initially didn't have time to do a full estimate, but Mike got involved and a preliminary estimate was prepared. Glendale Auto Body is known to 21 Century Insurance who paid for my repairs, so there was no issue with the estimate or supplements. The quality of the body work is top notch. The paint job is perfect. I took the car back once to have some trim parts reinstalled for proper fit, and to have a minor paint touch up completed. No problem. The repairs took over two weeks to complete, a few days more than initially estimated. I didn't mind because the at-fault party's insurance paid for all repairs and a rental car. Aram was OK to work with, Mike is outstanding.

They did an excellent very professional job. They were pleasurable to work with and did an amazing job. I only have good things to say about Mike and Mark. Bring your car here. Especially if it's a BMW.

They did a beautiful job in removing deep scratches from vandalism. Although they were courteous and professional, the job took longer than they estimated.

Mark was helpful and clear in explaining my options for repairing my truck. I thought the price was fair and the best thing was that the truck was finished in just three days, which saved me on car rental. My truck looked great when I went to pick it up - they had cleaned it up, even treating the tires. A very professional operation. Mark also recommended an adjacent car rental company that gave me a good daily rental rate.

Mark and his team repaired the damaged area beautifully and on time. The initial estimate was very fair and he even gave me a great price on the extra repair work I wanted. The service was first rate and when I picked up the car it was cleaned and felt like a new car. I would definitely recommend him to friends and would use him again.

MARK ALLOWED THE EXPERIENCE TO GO SMOOTHLY. HE MADE SURE WE WERE O.K. HE CALLED AND NOTIFIED US EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS FANTASTIC.

CONSIDERING THE DAMAGE TO MY NEW BEETLE, THIS WAS A GOOD DEAL. THEY ALSO PAID FOR MY RENTAL CAR WHEN THEY EXCEEDED THE NUMBER OF DAYS ESTIMATED TO FIX MY VEHICLE. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP.
