Plumbing
The plumber, Goven Paul, and the owner came out to give the estimate on the work I wanted done. They even went under the house to inspect underneath, which pleased me. I was promised an estimate post haste. He seemed professional and I believe I would have chosen him to do the job I had in mind had the price been right. I never heard from them again. I would much prefer an honest decline of the job than being blown off in this rude unprofessional manner.

THEY DID A FINE JOB. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND KIND TO US, BUT DIDN'T REALLY HAVE THE 'PROFESSIONAL' VIBE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY NICE TO ME AND MY FAMILY.
