He did a good job. I am particularly impressed with the dedication and compassion shown by the lead Veterinarian, Dr. Polanco, as well as Dr. Tevis who performed the surgery. I am very thankful for the care and attention they gave my cat, which made me feel comfortable and reassured that my cat was under excellent care. My gratitude overflows also towards the rest of the staff who showed tremendous patience and compassion

We have been going here for a couple of years. There is generally a waiting time for an appointment. They have so many patients that they are very crowded. When they greet you, they know which animal you have and what its history is. I think their pricing may be a little high, but I endorse their work. The quality of their care of excellent. They have been fine overall.

Dr. Villicana is very kind, attentive, and knowledgable. He pays close attention to any dog I've ever brought in and has noticed things other vets have missed (including those in his own office). He has a great bedside manner that puts you at ease, especially given that pets are so dear to their owners. At that office, I have also liked working with Dr. Polanco, all the office staff, and Jose, a technician who is very gentle yet strong with our large, infirm dog. I have also appreciated George the director has been very patient with my concerns, even though it's obvious I'm labeled a and quot;difficultand quot; pet-owner (as sometimes veterinary interventions are counterindicative to what is beneficial for my dogs). To be frank, I have not felt much confidence working with Dr. Regelson, who to me has seemed to offer very cursory attention to the dog's ailments; however, to be fair, my friend who also goes to Gateway Hospital has liked what she calls his laid-back approach. The office staff is always very busy, and having to work under the conditions of the recent, prolonged construction has made their work seem much more difficult, but they are very personable and always do their best.

They are very nice with the grooming and it is like a remodeling going on. I would use them again in the future.

Their pricing was fair enough. They are very kind and my dog does not turn around and try to leave before it can go through their door. My dog is starting to get another ear infection and they are a little slow in returning my pets. They have a lot going on it there and I am surprised they are doing as well as they are. I would use them again in the future.

Terrible

Other kennels I called were much more expensive and required a reservation and/or examination before I could bring the dog in. Gateway did not. The veterinarian was very personable and took time on both occasions to discuss what she saw after exmining the dog. On the second visit, I had to wait a long time before anyone asked if I needed help.

Started realizing something was wrong when they misdiagnosed my elderly cat who was going blind. It turned out she had heart problems which were causing the blindness. When I told Dr. Jimeson (spelling) he didn't have any response. Then one of my dogs had reverse sneezing which they again misdiagnosed as allergies. I gave her benadryl for years to no avail. I finally took her to another vet who told me she had nose mites and treated her effectively. They also told me my dog needed teeth cleaning when she didn't and operated on her paw when she didn't need it. And took unneeded x-rays. There were times when they helped my animals, but the mistakes and dishonesty were too numerous to ignore.

Caring, professional, on time. While in a non-descript building on a busy intersection, they really care about your pet!

It is a busy office, with four doctors, and we went in with our cats first thing in the morning. They put us in a waiting room away from all the dogs quickly, and pretty soon we saw Dr. Jimerson. He exuded competence, and all our dealing with him since have reinforced that impression. He listened well, got a complete history of the cats, gave great suggestions about how to deal with the problem. He even called us the next day with the lab results, which was particularly refreshing after our bad experience with the last vet. Bottom line... this is a well run office with competent vets, who listen well, carefully consider the diagnosis and treatment, and promptly follow up to make sure things are going well.

I really like them. They are good with the animals. We are always pleased to go there because the price is reasonable and the staff is absolutely fantastic. They make sure to answer all of our questions and make you feel comfortable with everything that goes on.

This is a full service place. They also do boarding and grooming. You can also just walk in without an appointment if you want. They are also open Saturday. I really like the staff too. The vet I like there is Dr. Prescott.

The doctor we see is so attentive, patient and caring with our dogs. They whole office has a personal interest in each dogs well being.

LATER DISCOVERED THAT SURGERY IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THIS PARTICULAR CANCER AND IN FACT MAKES CONDITION WORSE (CHEMO THERAPY IS RECOMMENDED TREATMENT). I AM ANGRY THAT THE VET CAUSED A BAD SITUATION TO GET WORSE, WHILE CAUSING MY ANIMAL UNNECESSARY PAIN AND STRESS AND COST ME A LOT OF MONEY IN THE PROCESS.

THEY'RE GREAT. THEY'RE JUST GREAT. IT'S A WONDERFUL SITUATION. THEY HAVE TWO WAYS OF BOARDING A CAT. ONE IS IN THE CAT HOSPITAL WITH ALL THE SICK CATS, OR YOU CAN TAKE THEM TO A CAT HOTEL. A FLEA BATH IS MANDATORY, BUT THEY'RE ALLOWED TO PLAY.

I'VE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR CARE FOR MY ANIMAL. I NOTICED THAT IT'S A VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT THERE, AND THE ANIMALS ARE TAKEN CARE OF. THEY'RE NOT JUST PUT IN THE KENNEL. THEY HAVE A PLAYROOM FOR THE ANIMALS. THEY DO CARE FOR ANIMALS, THEY UNDERSTAND. THEY'VE HAD LOTS OF EXPERIENCE TAKING CARE OF ANIMALS. SOMEONE'S ALWAYS THERE IN THE KENNEL AREA WATCHING THE ANIMALS. IT'S A VERY SAFE ENVIRONMENT. WHEN THEY DO CARE FOR THE ANIMALS, IT'S NOT JUST A PLACE WHERE ANIMALS ARE LEFT. IT'S SECURE.

ALL OF THE DOCTORS REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS. THERE IS ALWAYS A LITTLE WAIT, BUT IT WAS AN EMERGENCY SO THEY DID IT RIGHT AWAY. IT SAVED THE CAT'S LIFE.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD. THEY UNDERSTAND THAT THE ANIMAL IS IMPORTANT TO YOU. THEY DON'T OVERDO IT WITH A LOT OF BABY TALK. THEY DON'T REFER TO IT AS YOUR SON. THEY DEFINITELY CARE. WE'VE SEEN TWO VETERINARIANS THERE, AND THEY'VE BOTH BEEN TERRIFIC. THEY WERE REFERRED TO US BY SOMEONE IN A STORE.

EXCELLENT STAFF AND FACILITY. ALWAYS SMILING AND VERY HELPFUL IN ALL ASPECTS. HOSPITAL ALSO OFFERS BATHING AND GROOMING SERVICES. VETERINARIANS AND FRONT OFFICE ALWAYS WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU.

THE STAFF AT GATEWAY ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT AND CARING TOWARDS NOT ONLY YOUR PET BUT THE OWNERS. THEY ALWAYS ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH THEIR PATIENTS.

HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES AT THIS PET HOSPITAL. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS WARM AND FRIENDLY WHICH MAKES THE EXPERIENCE A LITTLE LESS DIFFICULT. THE DOCTORS ARE GREAT. WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOGS and CATS ANYWHERE ELSE.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE, EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE, THEY DIDN'T RUSH.
