Gary's Rooter & Hydro-Jetting

Excellent job. The sewer line is lined with a fiberglass coating, and Gary was extra careful not to damage it. In addition, we had laundry and toilet draining issues, and Gary checked these, and made some adjustments, at no extra charge—even though they turned out to be NOT related to the main line blockage. Moreover, he and his helper were clean (put on shoe covers before coming in to the house), and friendly. Best service I’ve ever had over the years, and I’m using them from now on…

I contacted Gary late Tuesday night through the AL website. Understanding that he was probably in the field and not checking email, I called him at noon on Wednesday and left him a message. He immediately called back and agreed to come out first thing on Thursday (today). He arrived right on time, assessed the issue, and got to work snaking out the line. He even took note of some standing water and checked under the house to see if the drains were leaking into the crawl space (fortunately they weren't). He did not try to up-sell, but he did suggest we check under the house when it wasn't raining to make sure the 60-year old drains are still performing as desired. Gary and his assistant were both friendly, customer-service oriented, and professional. We thought the price was reasonable for the work performed.

Abraham was quick and knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. He also declined to upsell on something I asked about but he thought would not be helpful in my situation.

Great!! Gary and Zach kept me informed throughout the process and showed me the repaired sewer pipe repairs before re covering with soil. They further explained the complete hydro jetg and camera process. Really a great experience. I liked them so much that they are coming back to replace the water shut off valve to our our house next week. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Honest, fair and reliable.

Great. I had actually booked another service, but when they claimed they couldn't perform the service I called Gary and made an appointment. He arrived on time and quickly got the job done, pausing only to show me on the camera where the obstructions were and explain exactly what he was doing. He even told me to request the 'large snake' service the next time because now he knew where the potential root intrusions were and it was much less expensive. I can't say enough good things about this guy.

We love Gary! We met him through our agent when he inspected the sewer line for the house we ended up purchasing 3 years ago. He hydrojetted the line and installed a clean out. We just hired him again to install a trenchless replacement of the line (original from the 20s). We didn't bother to get another quote because he was so nice and helpful during our previous experience. He and his crew are supernice, honest, punctual and neat. He even fixed a leak under our guest house for free, even after coming in under budget. We highly recommend him.

On time, very clean and professional - got the lines jetted out clear and looking great quickly and were very knowledgeable taking extra care in the cast iron sections.

I've used Gary once before during May 2014 for a bad kitchen clog.  He had to snake it 10 time!  He was quick and honest.
Then yesterday what I thought was just a toilet clog turned into sewer backing up into my shower!  So gross!  It was 9pm and I couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone and then I remembered Gary and left him a voicemail asking for a call back in the morning.  He called back in 15 mins!  And with an appt for this afternoon.  He promised if he can get here earlier he will try since the smell was horrible and with a toddler in the house we can't be without the bathroom for long.
Happily he was able to show up early today.   He snaked my sewer pipe and figured out thru a camera that I had a bad root issue from the magnolia tree out front that may cause me headaches later.   He gave me 2 quote to install a main clean out (different locations due to aesthetics) so that we can hydro jet the roots away which I will present to my husband for a decision.   He also fixed a leak in the powder bath because he caught the issue while helping me diagnose another issue. 
I never write reviews.  But I had to this time because I've had numerous plumbers come out to my house and my parent's house for broken water pipes, clogs and more clogs.   Gary has been the most helpful and honest.  That is a rare find in this world.   His prices are also the most reasonable in my experience.  Just want to help out anyone else that is as unlucky with plumbing as I am.

These guys were great. They originally came on the weekend to snake out the drain, but they did some diagnostic work with their fancy pipes camera and showed me that the pipes were full of roots and debris, so snaking the drain wouldn't help. Seeing how bad the detrius in the pipes was, a agreed with their suggestion to install a clean-out and hydro jet them. A colleague of mine paid $1400 for this service but these guys only charged $975.
They came back on Tuesday to do the work, and didn't charge me at all for the weekend diagnostic. They were very professional and explained the process to me and showed me their work at each important step. When they were done they used their fancy camera to show me the pipes again and they were PERFECTLY clean.
They were polite and efficient and did not rip me off. Would definitely reccommend them.

Gary came through big time. I called at 10PM and he came at 10:30. Within a few minutes he had cleaned out the drain and restored my kitchen sink to working order. Thanks!

Cleaned out line very professionally.  Showed me video of issues (broken pipe) with line and where the blockage was.  Explained what would be required to replace line on property.

I had a main line that stopped up after just having it rootered about 3 months ago, as a preventive measure. They gave me no warranty so I wanted to find someone else to do a more thorough job and use a camera so I could see the condition of my main line. After looking on Yelp and Angie's List I decided to call Gary. He suggested we hydrojet the line and he would give me a video and determine if there were any breaks in the line or just cracks, all for a reasonable price. He came the next morning exactly on time and spent about an hour hydrojetting the line. He showed me what was in the line as he was doing it and later gave me a DVD of the cleaned line, which only had a few cracks, no breaks, so he gave me a 1 year guarantee. He and his partner cleaned up beautifully. It's only been a few hours, but I'm very satisfied with the work Gary did and I feel confident that he will be there if a problem arises.

My bathroom shower was completely stopped up with about 3" of standing water.  My bathroom sink was also running very slow.  I called Gary's in the morning and was told someone could come between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. that day.  Abraham arrived promptly at 4:30 and I showed him the two drains.  He snaked both the shower and sink and brought up clumps of goopy hair that were blocking both drains.  The water has been draining fine after snaking the drains.  Abraham was very nice and had a good sense of humor and was professional.  He also cleaned up the mess afterwards.  The price was $99 for one drain and the second was half off for a total of $149.  I would definitely recommend them.

Gary is the BEST!  You can stop your search right now and just call Gary because you will not find anyone better.  I bought my house 3 years ago and I have had a couple of plumbers out since then but Gary beats them all when it comes to expertise, communication, professionalism and just plain honesty and good ethics.  Gary was very patient with me and let me follow him all over the house while asking him a thousand questions.  We looked through his camera together at every square inch of my sewer pipe.  He explained everything thoroughly and taught me a great deal about plumbing.  He and his uncle were super easy to work with and are just great guys in general.  Call him, you'll be so happy you did.

The service was scheduled for 8:30 to 9:00 AM, and Gary and his team of two others arrived at 8:45. He brought a good looking hyrdo-test machine, got set up and proceeded to jet my line. He ran a camera along with the jet to focus on the areas needing special attention. He reviewed the results with us as he withdrew the camera. 
Overall we are very happy with Gary's service. Everything was done in a highly professional manner. He cleaned up the area following the service.
He gave us a 9 month warranty and will provide 2 free services if there is a failure within 9 months.
I'm sure that you will be happy with Gary if you need his services.

Gary was great. I have an old house with an oddly-placed cleanout. The tub backed up and Gary could not reach it with the snake. The cap on the cleanout pipe was stuck shut, so he put some WD-40 on it and came back the next day to try it again. This time he was able to get it off and clear out the clog. He put a new cap on the cleanout so I wouldn't have to go through the same thing next time. Overall, very happy with the experience.

First plumber did not show. Second Plumber could not unclog drain with router. Gary's showed up and hydro-Jetted the line out and cleaned out decades of grease and buildup out of the pipes. He also cleaned up the mess after.
