Edwin marketed our property for rental perfectly. He had very professional pictures taken and that made all the difference in the world. Thirteen prospective renters viewed our property within twelve hours of Edwin listing it. A bidding war ensued and we rented our property in 2 days at considerably higher than the listing price.
