CURTIS PLUMBING

Had to come a couple of times due to lack of materials to flush 2 vs 1 unit. Othewise all went great.

He was very kind and offered not to charge for initial inspection.
He then came in and was very quick to track and solve the plumbing issue. My bathroom sink was clogged and he had to use snake to remove the clog. He was also courteous to look into the other bathroom sink, kitchen sink, the shower to check for any problems. 
We loved his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone else.

I called Curtis Plumbing around 7am before I had to go work hoping someone would be there. Sure enough I got a live person and they were open. I scheduled a call for the end of the day after work. Both my toilets were making noise and the bathroom faucet was dripping. They came out in the time frame they gave me and I was pleasantly surprised on how concerned they were about not making a mess. They put on those shoe booties before they even stepped foot in my house. He looked at everything and told me it would cost $586.00 for everything. I agreed and it took him around 2-1/2 hours to finish. Now my home is quiet and I feel good about not wasting water. I called in the office to let them know I was very pleased. Everyone seems very nice I would recommend them to friends or family.

My opinion...they tried to cheat me. I sent them away and had someone else do the job. However, in the meantime, they wasted my valuable time.

They are very punctual, good communication, conscientious about not getting our house dirty, etc. I would hire them again.

Overall the work was done fairly quick and well. The price seemed high though. I only agreed b/c I was without a shower and in a hurry. I have used them before and been pleased. I think this technician was a little pushy and vague on the breakdown of costs, which makes me suspicious. He wouldn't patch up the wall afterwards, which is annoying. I had to find and pay someone else to do that.

I thought the couple times Curtis Plumbing came out became costly work. One thing he did he insisted on is lowering the pressure on the plumbing line, but now I can not get enough pressure on the upper end. I was not happy about having them lowing the pressure over my objections. I felt that Curtis Plumbing was trying to take the most money they could.

Plumber arrived promptly within window given to me by dispatcher. He quickly resolved the stopped up sink. He diagnosed leaky faucet and needed to go to a supply house to pickup the valve for the specialty faucet I had. The supply house was closed (Friday after Thanksgiving), but he said he would come back Monday. He arrived promptly on Monday within time window he promised and fixed faucet leak quickly. He did not make a mess (something often hard to avoid with plumbing problems), he was adept and prompt. The charge was reasonable. I will definitely use Curtis Plumbing in the future.

The shower faucet was repaired quickly and works like new again. I had to wait several days for get an appointment but in the long run it was well worth not having cold showers any longer.

They were able to complete the job that another company was not able to do. They had a lot of skill and that knew what they were doing. They told me how it had to be done and I felt very comfortable having them do this job for me. I did feel that they were a little high on their price.
