+ -1 moreALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE TO TALK WITH THE 'AGENT', HE DID COMPLETE THE PROCESS WHEN PROMISED FOR THE FEE PROMISED. IT WAS A BUSY TIME AND THE AGENT WAS REALLY BUSY.
