CONTRACTORS TILE MART

We made quite a few trips and almost everyone there helped us at some point with our planning, patiently going through many color combination possibilities with us. They ordered samples. In one case, a sample was slow to arrive; they re-ordered and didn't charge us for it when it arrived. Their selection is excellent. We were pleased with the prices on the items we ended up purchasing. Once we put in the order, everything came quickly and was good quality. Great customer service.

I priced tile at least five other tile stores. This store had tile for significantly less than all other stores. First time I selected a tile, I was informed it wasn't currently available, which I confirmed at other stores. Second time I went back to select a different tile. The person who helped me insisted on rechecking the first tile for me once he heard what had happened, and suddenly the tile was available again. He ordered it for me and it was in two days later. Only thing he failed to do was follow up and phone me once he placed the order to let me know the expected delivery date (not a big deal since it arrived so fast). Only thing that did not work out with this store is the tile installers they recommended. First one I called did not show up as promised to give an estimate. I hired the second one but he did not do a good job in the end.

Unbelievably helpful and full service! Al and his staff really went the extra mile to work with us numerous times to help us make sure we ordered tile that we'd really like before we placed an order - and we love it! Although - we apparently have expensive taste!

CONTRACTORS TILE MART WAS FANTASTIC TO DEAL WITH. WE WERE TRYING TO MATCH CERAMIC TILE OFF AN EXISTING PIECE. WE DID NOT HAVE THE MANUFACTURE NAME. THEY SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME IN THE STORE WITH US AND FOUND OUT THIS TILE HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED. THEY SPENT QUITE AWHILE PULLING TILES THAT WERE CLOSE AND GIVING US OTHER OPTIONS. WE FOUND ONE FAIRLY CLOSE. THE INSTALLATION WAS QUICK AND EXCELLENT. THEY HAD TO WORK WITH SOME UNEVEN AREAS. IN THE END THE FLOOR LOOKS GREAT AND IS MORE LEVEL THAN EVER EXPECTED.
