Plumbing
$205
He came to my unit, and the water was overflowing in the bathroom -- he thought there was a leak in the wall. The Sunday before he came, the HOA told me to clear everything out of the room for him to make a hole in the wall. He came into my unit, made a hole in the wall, then left me for 45 minutes to fix another unit. He came back and fixed the leak from the sink -- he didn't use the hole that he made, and said that the HOA would cover the cost to fix the hole in the wall. That same night, this plumber brought a contractor who works for the HOA to fix the hole -however, I'm now getting a bill from the HOA for $190 to fix the hole even though the plumber said the HOA would pay for the hole to be fixed. I clearly specified to the plumber to make sure that he knew where the leak was before making a hole in the wall and he said he did...but ended up making that useless hole anyway.
