Vick Hovanessian is the owner of the company. He is a very nice gentleman. I have been using his service for four years. He is a wonderful piano tuner. He definitely knows what he is doing. He takes a good two hours at least to tune the piano. He will explain to you what had happened, whether it is sharp or whether it is flat and what he had to do to get it back in tune and where it is now. He kind of gives you advice how to keep the piano in tune longer and keep kind of the integrities of the piano, so that it maintains its value, especially resale value. You don't have to do anything, you just need to make a phone call and set up an appointment and he comes out to the house for the piano tuning.
