Central Auto Sound

This is the kind of job I have usually tried to perform myself but after investigating how many things have to be taken apart in the Lexus to replace the speaker I decided 'discretion was the better part of valor' in this case.  Talked to Art (the owner) on the phone and he quoted $150 and said I could bring it right in.  They started on it right away and the job was finished in about 3.5 hours (I left and returned when called). Final price was as quoted and job seemed well done and sounded great.

The CD player in our 2005 Malibu was broken (would not eject discs). After consulting with the Chevy dealer we determined we would be better off replacing the radio then trying to repair it. Central Auto Sound gave me a quote for a new radio that was about the same as to repair the old one. It was more costly because we had to have a special kit that enabled the OnStar feature which we use.They completed the work in one day and everything appeared to work just fine. Then I noticed that I was unable to increase the volume on the OnStar calling system. I returned to the store, left the car and went to breakfast. Before I was finished they called to say they had solved the problem. When I returned to the store the technician showed me how to increase the OnStar volume. It was simple but not at all intuitive. Now, six weeks later, the radio, CD player and OnStar are working very well.

WE DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH 'PRIVACY' BECAUSE THE WINDOWS WERE TOO TRANSPARENT AND NOW IT IS GOOD BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN'T SEE WHAT WE ARE DOING SO WE HAVE PRIVACY.

THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND GAVE US OUR EXACT ESTIMATE ON THE WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE. WORKED WELL.

THEY DID AN OKAY JOB. IT WAS AVERAGE TOO. THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO THE PHONE CALLS UNTIL LIKE COUPLE DAYS. IT WAS ALSO KIND OF EXPENSIVE. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL EITHER.

THE SERVICE WAS REALLY PUNCTUAL AND THEY TOOK ME IN RIGHT AWAY. THE PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE AND MANAGEABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE. VERY, VERY FRIENDLY.

MY AUNT SAID THAT THEY WERE A GOOD SERVICE TO HER. SHE SAID THAT THEY DID THEIR JOB VERY GOOD. THEY WERE POLITE, GENEROUS, & RESPECTFUL. THE PRIZE WAS CHEAP FOR HER TO INSTALL A ALARM SYSTEM IN HER HOUSE.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THE MAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I THINK THAT THE PRICE WASN'T CHEAP, BUT IT WASN'T EXPENSIVE. THE MAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. AND HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.

THEY WORKED FAST. THEY WERE RESPECTFUL AND THEY LISTENED TO ME.
