 + -1 moreShe asked me to sign a paper and it turned out to be a contract giving her exclusive selling privileges to my house. I've had to hire an attorney.
Description of Work: I contacted her because she indicated she would be able to find me a property. She took me out and showed me some properties. Two days later she came walking into my house with customers who had offers for my house and said that if I wanted to withdraw my listing I would have to pay her commission. I wanted information from her, but I did not want her listing my house. I have tried to buy back the contract.
