I have been extremely pleased working with Baboudjian Properties for the last 5 years.  They are an incredibly professional property management company, courteous, and prompt with any requests.  I can trust them to correctly and efficiently handle problems that come up at the property.  Jack can think outside of the box to get things done.  They have saved me from many headaches and most importantly, time.  I feel very comfortable knowing that I can call my property management company with my questions and know that I will be treated with respect.  Jack Baboudjian was so helpful to me and was a real partner through one of the worst experiences I have ever had with real estate.  I cannot say enough good things about Baboudjian Properties and can very confidently and very highly recommend this property management company!
