Steve just ignore my calls and won’t accept my termination of my contract with Armguard and keeps sending me bills, I gave him notice of cancellation, fax a letter and I’m still receiving bills. Have been dealing with this since 2018, trying to cancel the service.

We are in litigation with them. These people are absolutely crooks. We used them for a year and when the contract ended, they kept billing us. They ask you to pay and if you refuse to pay, they put it on your credit report. We told them we didn't owe the money and then they tried to get a certain amount of money to try to resolve the claim with them. They basically double bill. They keep collecting from you and if you move, they also bill the new owner. The Consumer Affairs Board has had over 300 complaints about them. They put on our credit report that we owed them $5,600 years after we moved out of our house. Then they tried to get us to pay them $800 and they would take it off our credit report. We are taking them to Small Claims on 7/13 because they have damaged our credit report so badly. We used them from 2003-2004 and they continued billing us for 6 months after that time. They won't give us a last name when we call and they returned all correspondence that we sent by certified mail. They refused to provide us with a copy of the contract or any documentation that we owed them this money. They are really bad news. They had charged $60 a month.

THEY WERE VERY NICE TO CONVERSE WITH. THEY FINISHED THE JOB PRETTY QUICKLY AND EVEN GAVE US A DISCOUNT ON A NEW ALARM.
