I was focused on my work and he just got the job done. Our dryer was
fixed within an hour and it runs like a champ. No more dryer monster
eating our clothes. We had lost a few pieces and he also found about
$1.50 in change.
They also gave us a rebate and $5 back for
being nice. I wanted to give them $20 for being so nice. It was such a
pleasure and I could see he was proud of his service he was providing.

The company gained our trust and we didn't hesitate to call this month when there was a problem with the oven. Again, he was punctual and ran the diagnostics on this digital oven. Luckily, in this case he was able to repair it by replacing a part. The oven is now working and we are very pleased to have received such good service and a happy outcome.
