ANDYS TRANSFER & STORAGE- North American Van Lines

Everyone was more than willing and very pleasant. But after we were moved, we discovered pieces of furniture were lost and not put back together (desk drawer pieces, bed frame bolts, chair pieces). Our wood coffee table did not get wrapped....it had scratches and dents throughout the piece. I have moved 11 times over the years and I am so sorry to say that this move was the most disappointing.

Great move. I had never hired an interstate moving company, so I was nervous about the process. I had 5 companies come to my apartment to estimate my move, and I must say that Andy's was the right choice. They were not the lowest bid, but based on superior reviews here on Angie's list and my instincts, I decided to go with them. I worked with Kim in preparation for the move and she was really on top of everything, returning all my calls and answering all my nervous questions. At the last minute I had to move my pick up date up by one week and this was not a problem. Moving day the guys showed up right on time and treated my furniture with the utmost care. In no time the truck was loaded and they were off! On the Chicago side things went just as smooth. My furniture arrived on the first day of the delivery window, all items accounted for and in good condition.The delivery crew was efficient and respectful. I highly-recommend Andy's Transfer and Storage to anyone, they will take good care of you and your cargo!

They were really on top over everything and extremely helpful. They were also willing to make changes to scheduling. Kim was very respectful and professional. They were easy to work with. We did have some minor damage of things but we didn't think it was necessary to make a claim. The driver himself was wonderful.

Just OK, nothing special. Lead mover was rude, kept interrupting to ask unnecessary questions when I was speaking to someone else. Developed a bit of an attitude. They left important things behind. Unloaded many of our (clearly marked) cartons into the wrong place in our new house. Left a lot of their personal trash around. Need I say more. 0

The movers with Andy's North American were very professional. The movers were efficient. They were good about putting everything in place as we directed them. They were extremely cooperative and were willing to work with us. They made sure that everything arrived in one piece. My experience with Andy's Transfer & Storage North American was great and I would use them in the future.

Always someone to answer the phone and my questions. They did a full move. They packed us up and moved us and stored our stuff. There was a little attitude from the head guy here and there. They never hit us up for a tip or anything like that. They were really professional and good. They worked hard and quick. I felt like my stuff was safe at their private storage facility. They were very helpful. It was the only bid I got so I can't judge on price, but they give not to exceed bids.

THEY WERE ALL VERY NICE AND POLITE. THEY HELPED US A LOT WITH MOVING AND THEY DID NOT BREAK ANYTHING AT ALL. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
