+ -1 moreTHE LADY WAS ON TIME. SHE DID NOT LEAVE A MESS AND THE JOB DID NOT TAKE LONG. SHE WAS RESPONSIBLE. A WEEK LATER SJE CALLED TO CHECK IF THE COMPUTER WAS STILL FUNCTIONING.
Description of Work: THE LADY ASKED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE COMPUTER. ONCE I TOLD HER, SHE KNEW WHAT TO DO. SHE CHECKED THE HARD DRIVE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. ONCE I TURNED BACK THE COMPUTER, THE COLORS WERE BACK ON THE SCREEN.
