 + -1 moreAdco came and did the roof maintenance. WE had to ask them to come back a couple of times to put things back in place, cover the area with more gravel, etc.... they did not seem to be specifically detailed about the work.... Gave us a 1 year warranty, and less than 6 months later we have a leak on the roof where they did maintenance.... We called them since it was still under warranty and they would not honor their own warranty. We asked them to explain WHY it was not under the warranty and no concrete reason was given.. I would NOT use them again. They wont even stand by their work and honor their own warranty.
Description of Work: Supposed to do maintenance work on the roof of our building and seal everything that needed sealing, check for leaks, replenish gravel.
