I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THEY GAVE ME A FOUR HOUR WINDOW FOR SERVICE, BUT THEY DID CALL ME WHEN THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL, AND CONNECTED MY DVD PLAYER, TOO.
